The EP-P420 3D Printer uses polymer powder bed fusion (PPBF) technology, max print volume of 420x420x465 mm³, is best suited for printing medium & large size parts for customized products and small batch production. The EP-P420 is low maintenance, cost effective and user-friendly printer, assuring optimized, consistent and reliable operation.

The EP-P420 offers optimized real-time print management system, monitoring temperature and material status. Integrated optimized powder feeding system assures minimal material waste. Using open printing parameters allows the printer to adopt quickly to new materials. Patented advanced optical scanning system assures high quality part detail and smooth surfaces. 120W laser complies with a wide range of powders and high printing speeds. Quick exchange of detachable forming cylinder significantly reduces down time.

For fast production schedules, the EP-P420 offers one-click scanning path generation and one-click printing capability. Full reporting capability allows complete processing and print tracking.

EPLUS3D control software, is an intuitive and user-friendly control software written by EPLUS 3D designed to leverage the hardware and monitor all related systems, for a clean fast efficient and optimized production. EP-Hatch software is optimized to operate with the EP-P420 while utilizing advanced algorithms for ideal print scanning, with the option for selectable printing paths based on contour, interior, upper and lower surface of the part, as well as various fill patterns.
