PA6/66

Lightweight and resistant

This thermoplastic material is lightweight, rigid, and heat- and chemical-resistant. Because of its high compatibility with machining and mechanical strength, it is an excellent choice for most industrial applications, especially in the automotive and aerospace industries.

Similar to Nylon PA6, a common injection molding material, PA6/66 is ideal for printing end-use parts or prototyping with nearly identical material properties as mass-produced parts. The material’s durability and production scalability make it the preferred choice not only for industrial transportation applications but also for developing electrical housings, cooling and heating systems, and molds for vacuum forming.

Utilizing PA6/66 for full-scale prototyping with identical material properties as the final product can significantly streamline the product development cycle, bypassing frequent late-stage iteration issues and avoiding associated excessive costs.
